【Account, Password】
1. You can change your personal password as needed. Do not use the same password as other platforms, and change your personal password frequently to maintain the security of your account.
2. Except for cases where it is proven that the use is illegal by a third party, you shall be fully responsible for the use of the account and password you set and shall not arbitrarily deny the transaction.
3. You declare and guarantee that the basic information you fill in is true, correct and complete, and you shall not use other people's information. If you violate the above guarantee, the company has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse you to use the company's services.
4. If your account is used fraudulently or stolen, you should notify the company immediately to avoid further damage. The Company will assist in suspending transactions and subsequent use of the account, and after clarifying the account usage issues, reset the password and enable use according to your request.
【Personal Data Protection】
The Company collects, processes and uses your personal data for the purpose of providing the Company's related services and marketing each time you conduct a transaction or participate in an event. For matters that should be disclosed regarding personal data, please refer to Bright Skin's Privacy Policy.
You agree that the Company may send product information to your email address from time to time. If you wish to subscribe, stop subscribing or modify the relevant subscription settings, you can link to this platform (Member Center/Modify Personal Information) to subscribe or cancel.
The Company will comply with the provisions of laws related to personal data protection and will not illegally use your personal data except in accordance with the Terms of Use of this Platform, Privacy Policy or legal provisions. In the following cases, the Company may provide your personal information to relevant authorities, or to third parties who claim that their rights have been infringed and provide official documents to judicial authorities:
1. According to legal orders or requests by prosecutors, police, judicial organs or other competent authorities based on legal procedures;
2. To protect the legitimate rights and interests of other customers or third parties in an emergency;
3. To maintain the normal operation of this platform;

【Notification method】
You agree that any transaction between you and the Company arising from the use of this platform or purchases shall be made via email. The Company may notify you of its intention via email, and you may notify the Company of your intention through this Platform.
【Transaction Notes】
1. The product name, price, content, specifications, model and other related information displayed on the product transaction page are all part of the contract between you and the company.
2. The number of products provided by this platform is limited. Please complete the ordering process as soon as possible after selecting. Adding an item to the shopping cart does not mean that you have completed the order. If other users complete the ordering process before you, the system will notify you that the item has been sold out and you are requested to remove it from the shopping cart.
3. You may place orders based on the mechanism for confirming the quantity and price of goods provided by this platform. The Company reserves the right to decide whether to accept or reject your order and may reject your order with valid reasons within 2 working days after the order is placed. However, if you have made the payment, the transaction will be deemed completed unless otherwise provided by law.
4. This platform may set an upper limit on the quantity that individual consumers can order each time for specific products. When an order is placed that exceeds the quantity limit or the same consumer places multiple orders with multiple accounts, this website is only responsible for shipping the goods to a single consumer within the quantity limit.
5. The delivery of the products on this platform is based on the method you choose and specify when ordering, and the price of the products does not include shipping costs. However, if you meet certain promotional conditions, the shipping cost will be borne by our company according to the shipping method you choose. If you do not meet the shipping discount conditions due to partial product returns, the company will charge the original shipping fee of the order from the amount of your cancellation refund (the shipping fee is subject to the platform announcement when the order is placed).
6. You may exercise your right to terminate the contract in accordance with Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act during the 7-day appreciation period starting from the day after you receive the product. Please note: The appreciation period is not a trial period. It is only used to evaluate whether you should purchase the product. If the returned product is not in a new and complete state (including the product, gifts and original packaging), it may affect your right to terminate the contract and get a refund. For any purchases made on this platform and returned during the appreciation period, please properly pack the product as described above in its new and complete state, and send it back to our company at your own expense according to the instructions of our customer service staff. Our company will refund you after receiving and verifying that it is correct. You agree that our company will first refund your money to your online account on this platform. You may settle the balance of your online account at any time and apply for a refund to your physical account. You will be responsible for any related handling fees.

[Limitation of Liability]

【Service Suspension】

In the following circumstances, the Company has the right to suspend the provision of all or part of the services of this platform without any obligation to notify you in advance. You expressly understand and agree that this platform does not provide any express or implied warranties for this service, including but not limited to complete rights, commercial merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of the rights of others. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "when available" basis. You shall bear the relevant risks when using the Service. This platform does not guarantee the following:
1. This service meets your needs;
2. The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or prevent unauthorized access or modification of your transmissions or data;
3. The results obtained from using the Service are correct or reliable;
4. Any products, services, information or other materials purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations, and
5. Immediate correction of any software errors.
Whether to use this service or obtain any information from other places through this platform is at your own discretion and at your own risk. You shall not make any request or take any legal action against this platform for any damage to your computer system, network access, download or playback device or loss of data caused by any of the aforementioned information. You shall bear all responsibility. No advice or information, whether written or oral, obtained by you from or through this Platform shall constitute a warranty for the Service.
[Breach of Contract Handling]
In order to protect the rights and interests of all users of this platform, if you have any of the following circumstances, the Company may suspend or terminate your shopping qualifications or refuse you to use all or part of the services of this platform:
1. Providing wrong or false information for login;
2. Stealing other people’s credit cards or other financial accounts without permission;
3. The shipped package is returned due to personal reasons, or the number of uncollected items exceeds the company's regulations;
(1) If you choose to pay for your order at a convenience store, but fail to pick up your order at the designated store within the notification period.
(2) If you choose to pay on delivery, but no one signs for or refuses to accept the package when the logistics company delivers it.
4. The Company reasonably determines, based on the existing evidence, that there is malicious termination of the contract and return of goods;
5. Harassing or engaging in inappropriate speech or behavior towards the Company’s customer service department;
6. Other customers who violate the terms of use of this platform or violate legal provisions, fail to follow the agreement between the two parties, and maliciously abuse the service rights.
When the Company suspends or terminates your shopping qualifications in accordance with the Terms of Use of this Platform, or refuses your use of all or part of the services of this Platform, it shall not bear any obligations or responsibilities to you or any third party.
[Effectiveness of this Agreement, Governing Law and Jurisdiction Court]
1. If any clause in this contract is invalid in whole or in part, it will not affect the validity of other agreements.
2. If there is any doubt about the terms of this contract, it will be interpreted in favor of the customer.
3. If customers have any questions about the service, they can consult through the customer service mailbox.
4. The rights and obligations between the customer and the Company shall be handled in accordance with Internet regulations and the interpretation of laws, regulations, and practices of the Republic of China. If any statement or terms of the company are not perfect, we will discuss solutions with the utmost sincerity based on the principles of honesty, trustworthiness, equality and mutual benefit.
5. If there are any incomplete matters in this Agreement, they shall be interpreted, supplemented and handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China. If litigation is involved, the Taipei District Court of Taiwan shall be the court of first instance.
