Shipping Policy
1. Delivery method

Post Office (Taiwan Island and Outlying Islands only)Convenience stores: 7-11, FamilyMart (convenience stores on Taiwan Island and other islands)SF Express (only in Hong Kong and Macau)
b. Delivery days/region:
(1) Post Office
Delivery time: 2-5 days (applicable areas: Taiwan)Delivery time: 3-7 days (applicable areas: Taiwan outlying islands)
(2) Pick up at a convenience store
Delivery time: 3-6 days (applicable areas: Taiwan)
(3) SF Express
Delivery days/ After shipment, follow SF Express's courier arrangements (Applicable areas/Hong Kong and Macau)
2. Shipping instructions
- After placing an order (excluding the day of ordering), it will be shipped in about 1-2 working days, excluding holidays
- Delivery time is 09:00 - 16:00 from Monday to Friday, no delivery is arranged on holidays
- If there are a lot of orders during holidays or force majeure natural disasters, shipment may be delayed
- If you select [Post Office]: The actual delivery status will be determined by the route arranged by the postman.
- If you choose [Convenience Store] or [SF Express]: Please pay attention to the arrival message and pick up the goods within 5 days after arrival. Please do not fail to pick up the goods without reason. Any shipping loss will be borne by the customer.
