Anti-Fraud Statement

Dear Customer, 

BRIGHT SKIN will not ask you for your financial account or credit card information through SMS or phone calls under any name or reason, nor will it ask you to go to a bank teller or operate an ATM through the aforementioned methods.

If you receive any related calls or text messages, please be alert and do not trust any instructions from unknown callers. If you have any doubts, please contact BRIGHT SKIN or call the National Police Agency's 165 anti-fraud hotline for confirmation as soon as possible.

When you receive an unknown call with a caller ID that begins with "+", "+2", "+886", etc., please be alert and beware of the other party tampering with the phone number or pretending to be a specific company, bank, or legal institution. Please do not click on unknown links, invitations or text messages from unknown LINE friends.

Common fraud methods include "duplicate orders" and "mis-setting installment payments" to gain the trust of consumers, and then requiring them to go through online banking or ATM operations. If it is related to bank accounts, please call the bank directly. If the call requires you to operate related accounts, provide information, etc., please refuse directly to reduce the risk of fraud.

Please also change your password regularly, strengthen your password (use a mixture of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers), and do not enter your account password on a public computer to improve information security.
